It's a lunchtime bar, with seating for a sandwich, a first course, or a quick second course. It's excellent, and the prices aren't bad. In fact, compared to what's around, this one, in my opinion, is truly among the best, both in terms of quality and price. Close to two shopping centers and several businesses, it opens at 5:30, if I'm not mistaken. The service is excellent, and the staff are really talented, always ready to try to please their customers.

A strategic location, surrounded by many businesses. It's located on Via Einstein, across from the industrial area dominated by Leonardo (formerly Officine Galileo) before reaching the I Gigli Shopping Center in Campi B.zio. A well-kept bistro, good food, and friendly staff. It's not very big, so it can be busy at the start of the lunch break, but it also empties quickly, as most workers typically stay for 30 minutes. At other times, it's quiet. Convenient parking. Worth a try if you're in the area or even for a quick break.

01/01/2026: For me, this is undoubtedly the best pastry shop in the center of Florence. It's located in the Mercato Centrale area and is a historic establishment with over 100 years of tradition. As soon as you enter, you're greeted by a slightly retro atmosphere that might make you think of a luxury place with prohibitive prices, but in reality, it's the exact opposite: the prices are very fair for the area and the high quality they offer. For example, pastries are €1.40 and cappuccinos are €1.60. The place is a bit small and there's often a bit of a line, but it's absolutely worth it, especially since table service is free (a real highlight for the center!). I tried the cream bombolone and it was amazing. If you're in Florence, it's a must-see: I'll definitely be back!

17/03/2026: We were surprised to find it rather empty when we arrived. The place is really cool and you can have a quiet conversation, plus they have a good selection of wines. The pizza crust seemed different from the others we tried, thinner, but very good.
15/03/2026: The food was good and the ambience is very nice. Unfortunately, something happened during our visit that left a negative impression. Two young women came into the restaurant and one politely asked if she could use the restroom because it was quite urgent. Her friend even offered to buy something. It was obvious she was in real discomfort. The staff member refused, saying he had just cleaned the restroom and that it was a matter of principle. I understand that a restaurant doesn’t want to be used as a public toilet. However, in this situation it would have been nice to make a small human exception. The lack of empathy in that moment felt quite unpleasant.
