We were greeted with warmth and kindness by a husband and wife team who do their job with such passion. We ordered the bombette, and in addition to those, we tried the taralli, the salamella, and the patate alla cenere… everything was delicious, including the house red wine! At the recommendation of our hotel, we dined at this restaurant. Despite the late hour, we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Gianni and his wife. We took Gianni's advice, and he prepared a mixed grill with top-notch sausages, delicious bombette, and other spectacular cuts of meat! To round out the dinner, we were also treated to some excellent biscuits. Everything was excellent, highly recommended.
