At the recommendation of our hotel, we dined at this restaurant. Despite the late hour, we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Gianni and his wife. We took Gianni's advice, and he prepared a mixed grill with top-notch sausages, delicious bombette, and other spectacular cuts of meat! To round out the dinner, we were also treated to some excellent biscuits. Everything was excellent, highly recommended.

A paradise for meat lovers. The place is minimalist, with traditional products everywhere, creating a pleasant atmosphere. There's both an indoor and outdoor dining area, but the highlight is the meat counter upon entering, where the magic happens. Upon arrival, you're invited to a table where you're offered some appetizers while you wait to be called to the counter where you can choose your meat with the owner. Whether you have a precise idea of what you're craving or just want some advice, you're sure to find what you're looking for, in the right quantities, thanks to their invaluable advice. You can also ask for the best wine to pair with your meal. Once you've made your choices, you'll return to your table to add any side dishes (salad, vegetables, potatoes, etc.). The service is truly friendly, and the owner is fun and passionate about his products. A great experience, even for me, who rarely eats meat but wants to indulge every now and then. An experience worth repeating, and one I recommend to everyone.

An unforgettable Apulian dinner! Phenomenal bombette, ribs, and sausage, plus a fantastic picanha paired with delicious potatoes. Thank you for your hospitality; it's impossible not to return!

A very welcoming place, rustic style. Very good and well cooked mixed roast. Then accompanied by a good red wine primitivo of the house could not be missed. Recommended!
