We had dinner here this evening and it was truly a wonderful experience. We had two tortelli starters and an appetizer of cured meats and cheeses: everything was simply delicious. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in preparing the dishes, which are well-crafted, balanced, and crafted with great attention to detail. The wine was truly excellent, perfectly paired and truly enhanced the dinner. Special praise goes to the staff: kind, attentive, caring, and always discreetly present. The setting is very charming, cozy, with an intimate atmosphere that makes the evening even more enjoyable. We also had the opportunity to chat with what I believe to be the owner: an exceptional, down-to-earth person with great taste and passion. You can sense how much he cares about his restaurant and the customer experience. We will definitely be back! ⭐️

Top location and service The food was fantastic.

We found this restaurant while wandering around Mantua's city center. It's a small place with limited seating. We didn't book, but we found a table for four. We ordered three starters: tortelli with sage butter, risotto alla pilota, and risotto with pumpkin and sausage. They were all really good. For the main course, the stew with polenta was truly sublime. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they had participated in Borghese's "4 Ristoranti" program a few years ago. The four of us spent a total of €110, not including dessert and wine, which we didn't order. We absolutely must return if we're passing through Mantua.
