Really good food. Typical Tuscan cuisine, and in autumn there are many variations of mushrooms and truffles, all of which are truly top-quality. The gnocchi and the various types of tagliata were delicious, and the pistachio dessert was also delicious. The place was very clean and well-kept. The staff was attentive and friendly.

Last Sunday, after a hike near Vallombrosa, we went to this lovely restaurant for lunch for the first time. We had a wonderful meal, featuring unique dishes made with excellent ingredients at a fair price. The owner is very kind and professional! Congratulations, we'll be back. We had lunch today. Everything was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and quick. We'll definitely be back. We had the excellent mixed antipasto, delicious truffle tortelli, good tagliata with pink pepper and rosemary, delicious polenta with grilled lamb... and the desserts were exquisite.

This is our second time eating at this restaurant, and both times we've had a great time. The restaurant is welcoming and spacious, with outdoor dining options available. The staff is friendly, professional, and fast. The tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and the Florentine steak are their specialties. Truffles, fried or sautéed mushrooms, and desserts are both artisanal and homemade, including the ricotta cake baked by the lady serving the tables. Prices are reasonable based on what you order, though obviously the Florentine steak will cost a little more. Reservations are required. In July and August, they're open during the week, but during this period they're only open on Saturdays for lunch and dinner, and Sundays for lunch only (don't rely on the opening hours online, as they actually extend well beyond the closing time listed). Highly recommended, especially after a healthy hike in the surrounding area.

Dinner with friends. Good food and friendly service. Very tasty mushroom steak and lamb. Excellent fondue tart. The historic Saltino setting.

EXCELLENT FIRST COURSES..THERE'S NOT A LOT OF CHOICE FOR SECOND COURSES..THOSE WHO EAT AND LIKE TRUFFLES..WE ARE NOT TRUFFLE LOVERS. EXCELLENT DESSERT.
