Giacomo Caffe In Milano

I went yesterday for a last minute lunch with the family. What can I say, impeccable quality and service. Congratulations to all the staff!

Traditional ambience, friendly staff, good coffee and good croissants 🥐 Really central cafe in the Palazzo reale but still away from the crowds of Duomo. We had late breakfast and we enjoyed the atmosphere!

We came here with the recommendation of Kişniş Vesaire to drink coffee. It had the atmosphere of a secret cafe located inside the palace😄 Even though their employees did not speak much English, the taste of their coffee overshadowed the service quality. I drank Marocchino, it was a small portion coffee consisting of milk + chocolate and coffee. It was very delicious. I recommend. We paid 4.5 euros, it's a bit expensive but it's okay.

I went to this café to have a coffee, as I had already had lunch. The coffee is really good and the service too. I can tell you that the dishes look very nice, unfortunately I can't comment on the taste. The service is excellent, as the place requires, but the whole scene is taken by the location, worth visiting even just once. Stupendous. If you ask about the prices, I will indicate it with dollar signs: $$$ It is located a few steps from the Duomo.

È una piovosa domenica di gennaio e, dopo la visita alla mostra di Munch, facciamo tappa in questo comodo e storico locale per uno spuntino veloce. Sono circa le 13 e troviamo un tavolino libero solo perché il precedente occupante si sta alzando. La situazione non migliora in seguito, tanto che lo staff deve allontanare i troppi clienti in attesa. Il servizio, comunque, è veloce. Subito ci portano il menu e la bevanda scelta: una bottiglia d'acqua Panna da mezzo litro (2,50 €). Ordiniamo quindi un toast (7 €) e un panino Caravaggio (una rosetta con salame di felino e pecorino sardo, 8 €). I piatti arrivano presto: buono il toast, molto stopposo e secco il panino, con la pelle del salame che rende più difficile la masticazione. Prendiamo ancora due caffè (3 € l'uno) e ci alziamo subito per lasciar posto a quanti sono ancora in attesa. Alla cassa, con 1,50 € a testa di coperto, paghiamo in tutto 26,50. Pur considerando il contesto, più di 13 € a testa per un panino e un caffè non ci sembrano pochi... Toilette buone, staff diseguale per tratto e competenza.

What have you done?… With the cashier desk right in front of the entrance door you are making a lot more mess which ruins the atmosphere of such a lovely place. I used to come a lot before moving from milan, and being here for 2 days I decided to go to take a coffee and was literally shocked by the change. Secondly, the coffee was FAR away from how it was before. I don’t know what you’ve changed, but it was like the average coffee in Italy (not good), when before it was amazing and felt like specialty. I hope you come back to normality, it would be a pity to lose a place like yours

Really very nice place inside Palazzo Reale. Certainly very well looked after and above all very clean. Super friendly staff and very good products. For being in the centre, the prices in Puazza Duomo are low. Definitely highly recommended for anyone wanting to have a party. Very good coffee and cappuccino.

if you want to travel back in time, this cafe is a must try. as it’s centrally located, you might have to wait to be seated, although not excessively. the menu has a variety of drinks, hot to cold, and snacks, both savoury and sweet. the waiters are very attentive and service is fast.
