What can I say... Ghe Kalè was awesome! I relaxed a lot, the location was top and the room was super comfortable. But the thing that impressed me the most was the food! The chef is a magician, the dishes were a real delight. I loved the Aglianico stew with mashed potatoes, it was the bomb! If you are looking for a place to unplug and eat well, I recommend it 100%.

Ghé Kalé è un luogo unico che sembra quasi appartenere ad una realtà parallela, non a caso si accede al ristorante passeggiando sospesi sull’acqua. L’accoglienza è degna della fama e il cibo ha una qualità che raramente ho trovato in un ristorante gourmet. Lo chef, con un curriculum eccellente, è così alla mano da averci accolti all’ingresso e seguiti passo passo durante la cena. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di conoscere il giovane proprietario che è stato squisitamente gentile omaggiandoci anche di candelina e bollicine per festeggiare il compleanno di mio marito di cui aveva appena avuto contezza! Consigliato? Di più! Non ve ne pentirete e di sicuro come noi, una volta usciti, starete già programmando il ritorno

13/07/2025: We've been there mostly in the summer, so this review focuses on the outdoor setting, which is very aesthetically welcoming. You eat under pergolas on the sides of a beautiful square garden. I admit that this might not be a problem for some, but that garden sometimes feels more like a children's playground than a restaurant; if you're looking for a quiet dinner, you might encounter some difficulties. The pizza, food, and prices, however, are decidedly good. The service is managed by very carefully selected young men and women. They're all really kind and helpful. Even at the pizza oven, the guys greet you back when you pass by. Only the lady at the cash register always seems a little pissed off, but maybe that's just her personality :-) Basically, a nice, welcoming place that offers good food and good service at a good price. All good as long as you enjoy the presence of children running around screaming and shouting. If you're looking for a quiet dinner, it's still a worthwhile option, but you'll have to be a little luckier.
13/07/2025: We were there on the occasion of the 60th birthday of the restaurant, on an evening of pizzica salentina, I had a piadina with pizza dough, very good, crunchy and well filled, friendly staff, large terrace, beautiful evening of music
