We'd never been to Dairago before, but at this pizzeria we found quality, professionalism, and courtesy, along with a gluten-free menu, which is no small feat, and an unbelievable variety. The place is beautiful and simple, but with a touch of originality, with the white marble tables... top, top, top. We'll definitely be back.

We waited a long time for the pizzas.... in my opinion the pizza was too dry, a little burnt. However, I digested it without problems.

I had a gluten-free pizza with a crust. The dough was excellent and soft. I ordered katsuobushi pizza, which was surprising because the tuna moves due to the heat. Very good and fresh thanks to the quality onions! The pizzas are carefully designed and made with quality ingredients! Well done! 4 stars for the service only because we had to wait a bit, but it was worth it 🙂

Truly excellent pizza made with ancient flours. Very digestible, which isn't always the case. The atmosphere is noisy, and not particularly beautiful for my taste, but you can't wait 40 minutes for seven pizzas and then another 10 for the eighth... despite the excellent product. What a shame.

14/07/2025: I happened to stop by a week ago for work and stopped for lunch, since my job often takes me out for lunch. I'd say I had a good experience. I returned today because I had an appointment in the area, and I have to confirm what I said before. Recommended, good value for money. I'll definitely be back.
27/06/2025: Business lunch. A nice surprise, all those gazebos surrounded by hedges; plants everywhere. The road, very close, was barely perceptible; the suffocating heat in this June marked by climate change, a distant echo. And we ate well. The raw ham with focaccia, tomatoes and mozzarella, something simple, fresh, the focaccia was delicious. Really excellent, an oasis in the heat, very good.

05/10/2025: An Italian restaurant with a wide variety of pasta and other dishes, but no pizza. The restaurant is beautiful and beautifully decorated. They have a wide selection of reasonably priced red wines. Today, I came with five friends and ordered a variety of dishes. The table seemed a bit small, but the staff helped us find a table.
