Gerla 1927 In Torino

Unfortunately today, Sunday, around 6pm the whipped cream was finished.. but usually there is and it is delicious!!! ♥️

I chose Gerla's café for a birthday snack with some children and it was a perfect afternoon! The sweet and savory pastries were excellent, plentiful and well presented, the staff was very kind and discreet, and they left us a room all to ourselves. I would add that some guests were unable to come at the last minute but they did not charge me their fees for the large coffee break I had requested and they included a bottle of bubbles in the agreed bill. The cake was also delicious, dark chocolate with raspberries. What can I say, thank you and I will definitely return to Gerla next time.

Best Caffeteria I have ever visited💎. The atmosphere and underground sitting space is what I like most about this caffeteria. Perfect decor and pheasant vibe. Worth Sunday morning spent☘️.

The history of this cafe speaks for itself, but the service is beyond excellent. Prices in line with the market and attention to detail superior even to the big Savoy names. Maybe there should be a little more transparency for pricing

I dolci monoporzione sono eccellenti, così come le torte; di buona qualità anche il cibo salato; unica delusione i cioccolatini.

La colazione che ci concediamo quando siamo in zona C.so Vittorio Emanuele. Ci piace molto la saletta piccola con alle pareti la raccolta delle formelle dei cioccolatini e delle uova di cioccolato, in particolare il tavolino al fondo della saletta delimitata dalle pareti di cristallo: una vera chicca di arredo e di romanticismo. mia moglie fa il piacevole abbinamento fra un fragrante e croccante croissant vuoto e un te'. Io non perdo mai l'opportunità di abbinare l'ottimo cannolo allo zabaglione, con la sfoglia croccante che contrasta con la morbidezza e il trionfo di sapore dello zabaglione, con un ottimo cappuccino decorato dall'estrosità dello storico barista. Che dire, in tutti gli anni che frequentiamo Gerla non siamo mai stati delusi!!
