This place is amazing! I was craving a specific pasta with a certain sauce, and the chef actually made it exactly how I wanted and it was the best pasta ever! Huge thanks to the awesome team for being so kind and helping me get the flavor I was dreaming of!

The place is beautiful with an accurate setting. The work tools of the past are on display.
Excellent desserts; the Monviso and the Extra Fondente are amazing.
It is not only a cafeteria, but also a restaurant: few dishes to choose from, but all of superior quality. Open kitchen in the basement.
I must add a negative evaluation to the judgment given above, a couple of years ago, regarding the management and service.
We booked online for 8 people for 12/30/2023 at 1:30 pm. We showed up on time but the table was not there. We were told that since the reservation was online, it had not been seen; but then why did they accept it?. In any case, in the end they found us a table.
Five of us ordered "Carnaroli rice creamed with saffron with tuna roast fish and fried artichokes. The others ordered various first courses. After a good quarter of an hour the waiter came to tell us that the rice was finished (!); even in the worst taverns they tell you which dishes are missing when you order. We were invited to make alternative choices which we took but asked to check again if there were still, if not all, at least some portions of rice. After a quarter of an hour, together with other first courses, we were also served a plate of the famous rice. We had just decided who should have it when the head waiter came and took it away from our noses (mouths?) saying that it wasn't ours.
Somehow having overcome the tragicomedy of the first courses, we arrived at the time of the desserts. We all opted for various desserts from the Gerla selection. But here too the same script. After a certain amount of time we were informed that the desserts ordered were finished, but that they were on their way from the laboratory. According to other waiters in reality they would never have arrived. However, after a good half hour of useless waiting we decided, disappointed, to leave.
No word of apology was given to us about the whole affair and not even a tangible apology when it came time to pay the bill.
The desserts will certainly still be excellent but we were unable to verify this just as we were unable to verify the quality of the dishes we wanted. This is why the photos I am adding today are only those of the hypothetical menus.

Based on the episode I can say that the owner is very taken by your competitiveness rather than your professionalism, this can also be understood from the many, many of your comments throughout the program.
The future can be pursued as closely as possible but no one will ever be able to overtake it.
The fact can be seen in small details such as the decorations, not all of which are self-produced.
External location without sign and aesthetics in the same style as the opponent, shop window and counter proposals overall very nice, but the fact of moving to another place to consume the products purchased is not very convenient because you lose the atmosphere.
The highlight together with the mango single portion managed to raise the tray of pastries that had been brought to its knees.
Let's say the victory in the final was also obtained thanks to the opponent's incorrect choices.
