Geranio Food and Drink In Noto

A missed opportunity. We chose this restaurant driven by the positive reviews found on various social networks. In fact, the impact was excellent for the environment and courtesy, despite the unsuccessful attempt at classy service (which however is paid for as if it were perfect). To start we ordered some sautéed potatoes and sardine meatballs which raised our expectations as the raw material was unquestionably of high quality. During the main meal, however, not all of us were satisfied: nothing to complain about the pizzas, delicious, good dough, interesting combinations; those who ordered dishes from the restaurant were disappointed: spaghettoni with raw red prawn which were tagliatelle and above all with raw prawns which, although fresh, were not "red prawn" at all; tasteless cube of swordfish that sacrificed the freshness of the catch. Can it be flown over? No, because if you pose as haute cuisine and have haute cuisine prices then the diner expects haute cuisine! Wine list decidedly poor and with almost no choice. If I ever think about going back it would be just for the pizza. A note of thanks to the kind lady in the room and to the guys always with a smile.

There are many pizzerias in the center of Noto, you just need to walk around a bit to find them. This, however, is not a pizzeria. It is a place where Pizza is made and prepared at such a high level of quality that it satisfies even with just a slice. Booked by telephone, we chose the first round (8pm). Going to the place, the welcome as well as the service was excellent. Fast, efficient and kind. Menu with different proposals, satisfactory wine list, I would have preferred more local beers on tap or in bottles. Pizzas: traditional magazines and gourmet with interesting presentation. Surprising ingredients and dough. Personally, I took a Mediterranean and could have already finished dinner with the first slice. Soft, tasty, various flavors that create a balance that is difficult to find. You will find tables both inside and outside, with elegant booths to create a space separated from the street. Dogs are allowed, they will even bring you a water bowl to ensure your animal friend has a pleasant experience. Parking It's difficult to find it in the surrounding streets of Noto but you can find it with a bit of luck and staying in the area for a few minutes.

Kind and attentive, and, above all, amazing pizzas. Taste, cooking, top quality

Very nice place where we enjoyed excellent light pizzas with top quality ingredients. The staff were friendly, the service was quick and the variety of sauces for the chips was much appreciated. The only flaw was the slightly high price and the limoncello which for the cost was very little, just a tad bit in a large glass.

Quality, professionalism, friendliness... the three adjectives that fully express the characteristics of the place! An absolutely pleasant experience! Super recommended!

I had high expectations (more than met) as it was a place recommended by friends, already announced as excellent. Several things surprised me: the professionalism of the staff and their ability to always be ready for the customers, the speed with which the dishes we ordered were brought to us (all at the same time), the quality of the products and the way they are been cooked. I was able to wash my hands in a clean bathroom (in a beautiful and spacious location) and I left the table sated to perfection, even after eating a whole pizza (preceded by a portion of potatoes complete with sauces homemade, truly a gem). In conclusion I can recommend this restaurant to those who like to eat quality food without worrying about spending a little more than usual. The Gourmet pizzas are truly excellent.
