We've dined at this restaurant twice, and it offers a wide selection of gluten-free dishes (including fresh pasta and pizza).
The staff is quick, the restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating, and the price is fair for what they offer! Highly recommended! Excellent product quality!

Highly recommended!! We enjoyed both the food and the pizza. Attention to detail and attention to raw materials. The first place we tried where the bread was top-notch, made in-house with ancient grains.
Excellent service and attentiveness to guests... including my dog, who received top-notch service, a chair to curl up on, and fresh water poured straight from the bottle. 😂😂😂
We also met Mr. Tony, the restaurant's owner and chef, who was very helpful.
Finally, the Sicilian cannoli are highly recommended 😋😋

I had a cheese pizza which was very good and tasty, just a bit oily...
The wine is also very good though and very well served.
Food and raw materials of the highest quality, with refined and expertly combined products. The menu is extensive and well-finished, ranging from gourmet pizzas to revisited traditional first courses, up to an excellent selection of local and artisanal drinks.
Each course is a pleasure for the palate and the eyes, like the pizza served in slices with very fresh ingredients and a light and fragrant dough. The environment is warm, welcoming and well-finished, perfect for a dinner as a couple or with friends.
A real gem for those looking for authenticity and contemporary Sicilian taste.

siamo venuti su segnalazione di amici dei miei figli, e ci siamo trovati molto bene. ottimo cibo, ottimo vino, servizio gentile e celere. i piatti migliori sono la tgliata di vitello locale, il cianflone (pizza tagliata a strisce come antipasto), Polpette di sarda su cipolla caramellata e timo selvatico. atmosfera abbastanza simpatica,

Antipasto e primo piatto … ma c’era molto di più.
Di passaggio a Noto ho scelto questo locale per caso e ho avuto un’esperienza culinaria molto positiva seppur limitata
a 2 portate. Ottima la pasta alla norma con un
profumo di melanzane eccezionale e un gusto indescrivibile (piatto bello anche a vedersi !!!!). Forse i prezzi sono leggermente superiori alla media ma ne è valsa la pena. Servizio veloce e impeccabile.
