We waited a bit to order, but after that, the wait was normal. Five stars for the food, given the excellent value. We ordered two build-your-own hamburger buns with fries, and both were well-made, except for the bacon, which wasn't crispy at all. With a 66cl beer, we spent €27.50.

An excellent pizza, made with top-quality dough, probably the best you'll find in Tortolì. The atmosphere is comfortable, suitable for groups, especially in the summer when you can eat outside, which is very pleasant in the evening. The menu also offers options beyond the wide variety of pizzas offered, such as hamburgers and sliced beef. The French fries are definitely a plus (much better quality than those usually found on pizzas). If you love pizza with fries, that's all the more reason to come!

The pizza is truly delicious! We've been back three times already during this vacation, and it's always a great experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they always manage to find us a table right away, even when the place is packed. Everything was perfect, highly recommended!

Tasty pizzas, big mixed salad, everything in uncompetable prices. Service was a bit slow but it was in an extremely crowded time.

Ok pizza which does the job when you’re hungry. Tortoli itself is very touristic location and it’s hard to find a good restaurant there. So if you’re a foodie don’t waist your time looking for something ”special”.

23/08/2025: Disappointment this time! Totally disappointing meal apart from the delicious pizzas! Totally overwhelmed staff! On the other hand, it's a rare restaurant that offers air conditioning! We'll come back anyway!
21/08/2025: I've been to the Via Mare restaurant and I must say the location is truly charming! The environment is clean and tidy, and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering our requests. The pasta with clams was good, but in my opinion, a bit too oily. The grilled cuttlefish, on the other hand, was delicious and cooked just right. The presentation of the dishes was very good, with garnishes that added a touch of class. However, there were some negative aspects that affected my experience. The wait for the dishes was long, and unfortunately, one order got lost. This created some frustration and dampened my enthusiasm. In any case, the Via Mare restaurant is a good place, but it could improve some organizational aspects to offer a more seamless and satisfying customer experience. For this reason, I give it 3 stars.

23/08/2025: Recommended! Excellent mixed antipasto. Excellent portion of calamari. Well-maintained restaurant, nestled in the pine forest with a sea view. Friendly and helpful staff.
21/08/2025: We stopped at this place for a bite to eat, with a beach bar atmosphere. It was a scorching hot day, and we thought they'd have air conditioning, but between indoor and outdoor seating, we opted for the inside. I went to the bathroom without any lights; there were no switches, and the bathroom was barely big enough for the toilet and the light. I later discovered they turned it on. The food and drinks were fine, but it doesn't justify a trip from Cagliari. I don't think I'll go there again, and I certainly wouldn't recommend it. I do advise the owners to invest a few hundred euros in installing ceiling fans and three euros for a light switch in the bathroom.
