A very friendly, original, and warm atmosphere, with local produce for sale. Pisan cuisine and many vegetarian dishes. Attentive, friendly, and very pleasant staff. Super reasonable prices.

The food is as good and authentic as the name suggests, and the atmosphere is pleasant and there's plenty of free parking. Wheelchair and stroller access is also available. The place is safe, even for those with small children.

08/03/2026: Undoubtedly the best restaurant in the center of Pisa! Succulent dishes, true mastery in the kitchen... Unfortunately, the atmosphere is a bit noisy. Highly recommended!
03/03/2026: We celebrated our fiftieth birthday at this lovely and welcoming restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful. The dishes were well-prepared, tasted great, and beautifully presented. The only flaw was the dessert: the sponge cake was too dry and the portions were very small.

06/02/2026: Riparbella is always a gem worth visiting. A perfect work stop! This could be a great place to stop for lunch. A lovely rustic restaurant and home-cooked food, with a varied menu of game and venison. Fresh homemade pasta.
