Nice and welcoming place, top pinsa, friendly and courteous staff, small plate with sweets offered, icing on the cake... definitely coming back!!!!

Great place with very welcome host. The rooms are big enough, very comfortable beds, great bathroom. There is free coffee and small snacks. I am very satisfied from my time spent there.

Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Gianpaolo couldn’t have been a better host. Rooms were updated, clean and comfortable. Food in the restaurant was delicious. Wine was pretty good, too. Highly recommend

Schon unsere dritte Reise und Übernachtung bei Gianpaolo und wir kommen immer wieder gerne. Seine Küchencrew versteht ihr Handwerk und die Speisen sind alle ausgezeichnet und frisch zubereitet. Zudem ist er ein sehr herzlicher und liebenswerter Gastgeber. Frascati lohnt sich immer: Klein, echt und nicht so overtouristet wie die grossen Städte.

Molto carino il locale. Cibo ottimo, prezzi onestissimi e servizio eccellente. Veloci e cordialissimi tutti. Inoltre la presentazione dei piatti sono la ciliegia sulla torta. Consigliatissimo

11/01/2025: Carbonara strong flavor but incredible! The best we have tried, fettuccine with Bolognese ragù, very delicious too.
10/01/2025: It is a place with a lot of fame and a lot of positive reviews, certainly, which made me go there. The owner is very nice and explains the food to you if possible in your language, he must be very used to travelers. The carbonara warns you that it is very "strong", which is the Roman style. It really is very salty. The guaciale is just right and the pasta is al dente, but because it is so salty the paste becomes dense and heavy.
