Really good ramen, congratulations! Tasty, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. The rest of the Chinese cuisine, like udon and ravioli, is also all good! If I had to find a flaw, it might just be the slowness—the service isn't the fastest—but maybe that's a good thing because everything is made to order, or not? Anyway, we'll definitely be back! Forget the AYCE formula of the past.

A welcoming, refined atmosphere, far removed from the usual all-you-can-eat restaurants. The atmosphere is almost intimate, with refined furnishings. The kitchen offers many variations of ramen, but not only that. The menu also features vegetarian and vegan dishes. Classic Chinese staples, such as egg rolls and dumplings, are also available. The real star is ramen, in many very different variations.

The best restaurant ever, superior in quality to other more well-known restaurants. Stefano, the owner, is always friendly and courteous with his customers. I've been there several times and each time I'm amazed by the quality of the food.
