Yesterday afternoon, at the end of a hard week, I really wanted an ice cream, I walk past you, I go in and I already see the guy who puts everyone at ease with his way of doing things, while the other guy behind is working to make the ice cream. When it's time to pay, he says to me "wait, I'll give you the change first, so you can enjoy it: ice cream should be a pleasure, right?".
