Delicious artisanal ice cream. The ice cream has a full-bodied consistency, it is creamy, NEVER liquid/fluid/watery. The variety of flavors offered is interesting (there are not only the most classic ones, but those are always present too) and the authenticity of the taste is guaranteed: the flavors are faithful and easily recognisable. Outside of the classics, there are some particular proposals which can be found more or less all year round (some flavors created from top quality dried fruit, easily available beyond the period of the year), other proposals which instead vary depending on the season for obvious reasons of seasonality of the basic flavor products: this is very true for fresh fruit ice cream. Although the "signature" of the ice cream shop is the "Gelosia" offering, a very good cream-based flavour, in my opinion the first thing to try is the bruscolino flavour. You can find it ONLY at Gelosia and it's really crazy. I recommend it especially if you are a lover of creams, dried fruit and especially pistachios.
Another flavor that is always present and that I love eating at Gelosia is pine nut: a flavor that is difficult to find in other ice cream shops, but for me it is delicious if not too sweetened, if done well. I think Gelosia's pine nut is excellent.
At the end of summer, starting from excellent quality figs, the fig ice cream flavor is offered: also among my favourites, incredible, the best fig ice cream I've ever tried.
Plain yogurt is delicious, in its simplicity. It's easy to find ones that are too sweet or, on the contrary, too bland and "watery". Their plain yogurt ice cream is very creamy, simple but decisive. Sweet at the right point.
The small ice cream, starting size, still costs €2.50 (NOT 3.00) and then the price increases based on the size of the cone/cup. The doses are always generous! Even the small size is worth an average, if you wanted to make a comparison with most of the other Roman ice cream shops.
Finally, there is not only ice cream at Gelosia. Excellent breakfasts, excellent desserts and semifreddo cakes.
And above all there is a lot of heart, passion and kindness towards the customer. I discovered Jealousy more or less by chance, I didn't know any of the guys personally (I want to clarify this); I quickly became a regular and loyal customer because they were able to win me over! This is obviously due to the excellent ice cream and the professionalism offered, first of all, but also for the kindness, the excellent welcome and the warmth that you feel when entering the ice cream shop.
Go eat ice cream at Gelosia's. Go!

A small gelateria run by young guys with an interesting selection. Excellent pistachio, and great dark rum chocolate.
However, the truly astonishing thing is the cinnamon ricotta. If you like this spice like me, it will drive you crazy. Intense notes of cinnamon balanced by the freshness of the ricotta. Excellent. I’ll definitely come back.
Also, good value for money since the gelato is €21/kg.
