This is literally the most delicious, gelato-loving shop in the world. It's one of the reasons I came to Italy from Japan to study abroad. 😂 My friends say they even travel far and wide just to eat this gelato. My world changed after trying the strawberries and cream here!! I love the pears, the chocolate, and everything. 🤣🤣

After a long day exploring Florence with our group of 20–30 on a pilgrimage trip, I was craving some authentic, natural gelato—and this place absolutely delivered! From the moment we arrived, the cozy, charming atmosphere and the warm, friendly staff made us feel right at home. Even though it was a 41-minute walk from our hotel, it was so worth every step. The gelato was everything you’d hope for in Italy—natural, creamy, decadent, and incredibly delicious. You can truly taste the quality and care in every flavor. If you’re in Florence, this gelato spot is an absolute must-visit! 🍨🇮🇹

26/02/2026: Very friendly and always helpful staff. I've tried it for both lunch and breakfast, and I'd say it's all excellent. The prices, for someone from another small Tuscan town, are a bit high. But they're justifiable for Prato; I've spent about the same amount elsewhere. Despite the crowds, the bar is always clean and the waiters are attentive.
