This is absolutely the best ice cream that exists! The raw materials used are only the best, fruit for the fruit flavors for example. Passion and dedication have distinguished this family-run ice cream shop for decades. An absolute must-try for lovers of pistachio and pinolata, not to mention the dairy-free dark chocolate! A marvel!

19/06/2025: Good food, great beer. Very friendly and professional staff. Beautiful place.
17/06/2025: Wonderful place for dinner. The service is magnificent, they're super attentive, and the owner took great care of us and helped us navigate the area. We had dinner here both nights, tried several dishes, and everything was delicious, although I most recommend the spaghetti carbonara.

Antica trattoria al Sabotino

25/06/2025: Passing through Gorizia we came across this little restaurant where we found excellent quality food, excellent house wine at a more than reasonable price and above all great friendliness of the owners. I recommend the linguine with clams, really very good, and the fried calamari, light and crunchy. We will definitely try to return!
10/06/2025: Everything about this experience delivered above and beyond any expectations. The pictures do not do it justice, the food here was some of the best of my trip and even of my life (pork cheeks and chestnuts). This meal was traditional yet creative and comfortable truly delicious end to end with amazing hospitality throughout.
