I think the open-view refrigerated vending machine with a good selection of fresh products is a great idea: quick and intuitive for those who want to quickly satisfy their gelato cravings. The ticket service with a number and call number avoids unpleasant misunderstandings while waiting: functional and orderly. The gelato is excellent in flavor and generous in portions. The freshness of the ingredients and the craftsmanship are truly appreciated and savored: splendiferous! 😁 Highly recommended!

There's a screen at the entrance that occasionally displays the number of flavors available. It's a nice idea, but it could be a bit more informative and clear. The self-service vending machine outside with ready-made ice cream is also very practical – perfect when you're in a hurry. Overall, a great experience – highly recommended!
