By far, this is one of the best gelato thst I ever had. The staff is super friendly, and the ice cream is made with natural ingredients and super tasty. If you are in the area, don't miss them...also it is worth a detour.

Very good ice creams with original flavors (pecorino with almonds and brutal orange peel). Lots of good lactose free ice creams too.

The place and surrounding is meh i admit but on the other hand the ice cream were probably on of the best of my life i can’t wait to go there everyday during my stay in Rome :)!! And it’s not expensive

Unfortunately it seems overhyped. We went there twice and there were ice crystals in the gelato both times, which was very disappointing. They do have a lot of interesting flavors to choose from and I appreciate that they let you sample many different flavors. Overall, there are many better gelato places in Rome.

The Fata Morgana ice cream shop confirms itself as one of the best ice cream shops in Rome, you will find particular and classic flavors. Fresh, top-quality raw materials are used. Friendly and helpful service. Super recommended!

Amazing gelattos! Very out of the box flavors, each one more delicious and amazing that the next one. Loved the wasabi chocolate and pistschio combo, and my girlfriend tried the pistachio with coffee, amaretto and rum...simply amazing!

GO HERE. I spent 6 weeks studying in trastevere and this gelato was by far the best I had. The lemon basil and the strawberry champagne were some great ones, but it was impossible to decide. They have so many interesting flavors to try, and you will not be disappointed.

22/05/2024: Definitely a characteristic place, but nothing more. Passable service, obviously emphasizing the soft mode, but as for the food we were very disappointed. We ordered two first courses and then a mixed grill. Being basically a butcher's shop we expected top quality, but instead the quality of the meat was not good and what's more it arrived mostly burnt. So not satisfied.
