A truly excellent experience, the best pizzeria in Pistoia, a new, beautiful and super welcoming place. Absolutely worth trying.

Very welcoming and comfortable place, friendly and helpful staff. Exquisite dishes, there is Neapolitan cuisine which offers various revisited dishes, I highly recommend their off-menu parmigiana. Pizza with a high crust but I must say really good, digestible and light. I recommend it, it's a nice culinary experience

As a lover of true Neapolitan pizza, driven by the good reviews, I chose to dine last night in this place. The welcome from the girl at the entrance was good but when ordering I probably should have been more careful in checking what she noted. I ordered 3 things: a savory babà, a margherita pizza with buffalo mozzarella specifying the classic Neapolitan high crust as she requested, and a medium dark beer on tap. I got the beer first but it was clear and I had it changed. In the meantime, other people who sit at the table in front of me arrive and order and while I wait a little too long for my pizza, they receive it and eat it, in the meantime I wait... Result, the pizza arrives low but I prefer to eat it, given the long wait, which I found good anyway. When paying the bill (€25.00 without the slightest hint of a receipt...) the same girl, perhaps to apologise, offers me bitters or coffee which I didn't accept. For a Wednesday evening the place was quite full but either they can't manage the timing based on the orders or I was particularly unlucky.

Truly a nice surprise. Third incarnation of "Luna Rossa" in Pistoia, this one clearly surpasses the other two, which were already excellent. The pizza, both real and thin, delicious, is accompanied by traditional Neapolitan dishes that often rotate on the menu. These alone are worth the visit. Yesterday, a very successful evening, I had the opportunity to taste cod in tempura with tomato sauce and salty crumble which was like poetry: I often eat in starred restaurants. This cod did not have the imagination of starred dishes, but it easily reached those levels of taste, with excellent frying, I would say technically perfect, and an exquisite tomato sauce made with great skill. Desserts, made by them, amazing. Well done
