Room and bathroom very basic, but clean; always really hot water; good breakfast; very friendly staff, luggage was stored free of charge.

We stayed just one night in a room for three. The room was cozy, large, and clean, with a bathroom with a window, which is not often found in hotels. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and abundant, available from 7:00 am. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Excellent experience.

This accommodation deserves our highest praise. We have been walking the Via Francigena as pilgrims since 2015. We received a warm welcome. Whenever we had problems (e.g., a light didn't work, a key didn't fit), we received immediate assistance. All the staff were always available. The night porter was also very convenient. We felt very comfortable in this house. Thank you so much! 🙏

Excellent value for money, professional and friendly staff, perhaps the best thing about the property besides the location, which is really convenient, 150 meters from Roma San Pietro station.

We've been customers for several years and I wouldn't trade it for anything: location, courtesy, helpfulness, top-notch staff. EXCELLENT value for money. I RECOMMEND IT TO OKKI CHIUSI.

29/10/2025: A very simple place for quick lunches. A first course is advertised for €8, in small print, excluding wine and water. The final course, with cover charge and bread, comes to €13.00 per person. Well-managed, very friendly staff. The owner is a biker, and if you stop by for lunch, say hello. He always appreciates it. The main entrance is not wheelchair accessible, but don't worry, the back entrance is accessible by car and provides easy access to the dining area.
