As always, it's subjective, but if you're looking for a creamy gelato, especially one with classic flavors like hazelnut, gianduja, bacio, etc., it's unmatched in Trieste. Finding it isn't easy, but it's worth it.

A vintage and hidden ice cream shop, definitely not touristy. One of the best ice creams I've ever tasted! The hazelnut flavor is delicious.

Superb gelato! Not a super central location, but definitely worth a visit! There's even a vending machine! It's just a shame there's no seating except for a couple of tables outside! It deserves better visibility!

Despite the inconvenient and difficult to find location and the difficulty in finding parking nearby, the Udevalla ice cream shop undoubtedly has great potential as an ice cream shop. The flavors are all in all good and up to the standard of the place. There is the possibility of enjoying some good desserts but this is only valid for weekends. The place should be promoted more

30/12/2025: A strategic and central spot for an aperitif with a mix of fantastic ciketi. The counter is well stocked with every variety of canapés and an equally excellent selection of wines. 🥂🥂 It's difficult to find a seat, but we've always found a spot to stand. Highly recommended. ✨✨✨
29/12/2025: Small and extremely informal, great crostini, great wines, honest prices. Cozy atmosphere, a local bar, perhaps the best bar I've ever been to.

22/12/2025: The place is really nice, even though it's close to the street, there's no disturbing noise. In the summer, there are tables outside in a large, pleasant garden. The dishes are very good and well-prepared, and the prices are average for this type of place. The staff is quite friendly.
