We drove up from Merano to Tirolo yesterday because it was closed on Thursdays. The apricot dumplings are simply worth the trip, and the Prosecco that goes with them was the highlight of the day. 😋

Super delicious homemade ice cream! Every scoop is delicious. Dessert after dessert on the way home. Located in the heart of the village, the ice cream parlor is easily accessible on foot.

Absolutely fantastic! This is a great place to relax and enjoy a meal while visiting Tirolo! The atmosphere is lovely... not pretentious... the staff is friendly. Very good value for money.

19/08/2025: Everything was great! 😊 We felt like family!
08/07/2025: We stayed here for one night during our mountain bike alpine crossing. Modern rooms, very friendly staff/owner. We booked half board and would recommend it: 4 courses with a salad buffet, soup, half board (schnitzel and omelet were delicious!), and dessert. We paid €50 for two people, including water and a half liter of house wine. Great value for money, and it tasted good, and we were satisfied. Truly top-notch – thanks to the team and the Sonne family!!! Centrally located in St. Lorenzen, bikes can be safely stored in the ski room. We would stay here again 👍👍👍

04/03/2025: Questo ristorante è dotato di una terrazza che da sola vale l'esperienza, posizionato con vista sulla Marmolada è assolutamente da non perdere se c'è una bella giornata. Anche per chi viene a piedi la posizione è perfetta e con una passeggiata di 45 minuti dalla cima del Piz Sorega si arriva tranquillamente con quella giusta fame :) Se aggiungete che si mangia benissimo, che il personale è particolarmente gentile e che i prezzi sono molto onesti, è facile capire che si sta alla grande. Menzione speciale per il kaisersmarren che è famoso per la sua bontà. Non ve lo perdete!
