Small ice cream shop but with delicious ice cream I saw it open when my children were little and it was always a guarantee when I took it to dinners with friends Bravi bravi

I have been coming to this ice cream shop for years, it has always been my favorite in the area for the quality of the ice cream, truly excellent. Unfortunately, however, this time some things left me perplexed. I took a take-away tub and spent €15, but I was not told the weight of the ice cream, nor shown the scale (which was not visible), and the receipt was missing both the price per kg and the actual weight. It would be more transparent if this data was always communicated. Also, after such an expense, a couple of wafers included would have been a welcome gesture. It remains an excellent ice cream shop, but these details can be improved.

Top ice cream shop .. in my opinion the best quality in Florence .. I am literally in love with 2 stratospheric flavors Sottozero and pistachio .. incredible flavor ... super friendly staff .. what can I say keep it up .. no one will ever be able to surpass you 👍👍
