Best ice cream in Milan the fruit flavors are unmatched

Exceptional ice cream shop with very special flavors. Highly recommended the mascarpone with strawberries and pistachio.

I'll start by saying that it's a good ice cream shop, but it's really too small, in fact inside there's barely room for two people, and the girl who makes the ice creams is the same one who charges etc. so rightly the waiting times get longer, which is why there's an endless queue outside. I don't understand the choice to charge extra for some ice cream flavours, which to be fair I'll point out that in my opinion they were also the best I've eaten (pistachio and black cherry) but I think €1.60 more (tub) is excessive. Good ice cream, but I think that in Milan there are plenty of equally good places if not better that don't charge extra and are better organised.

Delicious ice cream, fresh ingredients

We love this "stop". I stayed in the neighborhood for a month and passed by often, at first I didn't go in because of the long lines at all hours of the day, but now we understand why people are willing to wait! Great staff, fresh and unique flavors, definitely my favorite gelateria in Milan!

In my humble opinion, the best ice cream shop in Milan (at least of those I've tried so far). I don't agree with all the comments criticizing the pricing policy of the establishment. What's wrong if some flavors cost more than others? When behind the product there are high-quality raw materials (and different costs) and meticulous work that allows true craftsmanship to survive in a market increasingly dominated by large-scale distribution, it's a good thing to pay a little more. If there's always a line outside, it means that the price is more than justified, right? I also find some comments about the staff to be unfair. I've never seen any clerk be rude or impolite. At most, some novices who are understandably awkward. It's right that it should be that way, being awkward is a natural step towards becoming casual. As for the owner, I don't find him rude at all, on the contrary. Being shy and not being a public relations guru, I find that to be a plus. Leave the right space for what really deserves to be appreciated: ice cream!

Very good ice cream, nothing to say about that. The attitude of the staff at the counter, often annoyed, needs to be reviewed. First of all that of the person in charge, never a greeting or a smile. It's a shame to darken what should be a pleasant moment like eating a nice ice cream. Even the attention to the uniforms is a little lacking, dirty or wrinkled t-shirts and the absence of headphones for the sales assistants (not all) are not a good business card.
