You'd never expect a gelato shop of this quality in a tourist destination. They make gelato like everyone should, but very few do, because it requires a lot of hard work and dedication. They make it often, so it's always fresh and creamy. They also offer new and delicious flavors that will surprise you. I recommend the ricotta and figs and the seven veils, a sublime chocolate. Truly talented.
