Gelateria Patrizia In Montignoso

11/02/2026: Small place (4 covered tables on the veranda, 4 outside) that does everything gluten-free, in the pedestrian center of Marina di Carrara. There's a long wait (there's only one person), but everything is fried to order. The fried food is well done and not too greasy, and the ingredients seem high-quality (the calamari is excellent, and the sgabeo is very good). The fish dishes are expensive (perhaps too much), especially considering the portions (at least the calamari portion, which is very small). The other prices are fine, and the menu is varied, even with sweet options (bombolone). Very friendly staff. I'm giving it a 4 instead of a 5 because of the prices. A paradise for celiacs :) I occasionally come to Sarzana specifically for this, and I'll be back.
