It's always worth it! This evening we returned to Gelateria 9 Strada in Cadè (Reggio Emilia) to enjoy a gelato that had already won us over on other occasions. I still remember the fior di latte: simply amazing. Talking to Giovanni, the gelato maker, I asked him what flavor was absolutely essential at his gelato shop. After a brief reflection, he recommended the coffee gelato, explaining that he makes it using espresso coffee directly from the café's machine. So, without hesitation, I ordered it this evening. I chose two flavors: coffee, of course, and, trusting Giovanni's advice, chocolate with a touch of rum zabaglione. What can I say? Simply exceptional! The gelato is dense, creamy, with an intense yet harmonious flavor. The proposed combination proved to be a true explosion of flavors: tradition and artisanal quality blended with the modernity of the most contemporary offerings. Definitely, an ice cream shop worth stopping by: every time an experience that surprises and conquers.
