23/12/2024: We had the pleasure of dining at Bioesseri in Palermo and the experience was truly fantastic. The place is warm and welcoming, with an intimate atmosphere that makes you immediately feel at home. The modern and refined design creates a perfect environment for a relaxing but refined dinner. As for the food, every dish was a discovery! We started with the octopus and burrata, a truly delicious combination, with the tender and tasty octopus marrying perfectly with the creaminess of the burrata. The meat tartare was fresh and well seasoned, with a truly excellent quality of meat. The Milanese risotto was creamy and perfectly balanced in flavour, while the stuffed squid surprised us with its delicacy and the freshness of the ingredients. The service was impeccable, with the staff friendly and attentive without ever being intrusive. It is clear that at Bioesseri a lot of attention is paid to the quality of the ingredients, and each dish is prepared with passion and care.

18/12/2024: Too crowded place...tables too close together, poor ventilation system...the oven in the same room sacrifices the environment. Too strong smells that don't make you breathe. Windows closed!!!! We asked for some ventilation but were told that in December there is no air conditioning. Too bad... they are not well organised. You ask for an account and... you run away
