Gelateria Il Capriccio di Carla In Roma

I went in without thinking at first because it was close to my accommodation, but it was the most delicious gelato place I've ever tried in Rome. I tried Giolitti and many other famous gelato shops, but the pistachio here was the most flavorful and rich. (I was disappointed because Giolitti tasted lighter than I expected.) The hazelnut and pistachio flavors are delicious. My husband, who likes sour ice cream, tried gelato with berries, mango, and lemon, and he loved them all!! Above all, the staff are also friendly👍😍 I was sad that I wouldn't be able to try this gelato when I left Rome, so I went one more time since I was full from dinner the night before I left!!! I really recommend it🤍 * Medium (4 euros, up to 3 flavors available)

Amazing gelato! One of the best that we have tried in Italy! Must try is Ferrero and Cacio e Pepe(actually you feel the pecorino)

Absolutely the best gelato i have ever tried. The prices are really good and the taste is amazing. I would definitely recommend the ricotta-something gelato (i can't quite remember the name)

A 2 passi da piazza della Repubblica. Ottima proposta di gelateria artigianale e di gusti molto particolari. Il locale è estremamente ristretto, curato, pulito: impossibile soffermarsi a mangiarlo lì. Il gelato, tutta frutta la mia personale scelta, non è eccessivamente dolce: un’ottima pausa pomeridiana, quando non un vero e proprio sostituto del pasto.

Found this place randomly during a night walk. They have so many particular flavors that you wouldn’t expect for an ice cream. But the cacio & pepe was really good somehow. Definitely gonna back & taste the other flavors next time.
