I went for the cannolo, truly wonderful, crispy and freshly filled, and took it home. I found the pistachio gelato a little sweet. A good gelateria in Rome.

Absolutely fantastic gelato! The pistachio was the best I have ever had—rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. The milk chocolate was also excellent, smooth and perfectly balanced. Friendly service and a great selection of flavors made the experience even better. Definitely a must-visit for gelato lovers!

A good ice cream place with very unique flavors. Better than most average ice cream places in Rome but I would not consider the best. It hard to choose a good ice cream place by reading Google reviews as mots of the people they write are used just to very industrialized ice cream. So any "gelato artigianale" seems to be the best for them.

Super creamy ice cream. The white chocolate ice cream is absolutely amazing! The flavor is truly intense! By far the best ice cream during our trip to Rome! The hyped shops can't even come close!

The ingredients are carefully selected, and the sugar content is very moderate and natural. The gelato at Il Capriccio di Carla is undoubtedly delicious, but it's not bad for you; it's truly natural. 05/11/2025: What can I say? I was there with my wife in late spring, and yesterday was a sure thing! A day trip out of town... to Rome! Exactly. In one of the most beautiful settings in the world! The dinner was sublime, everything perfect, the staff were incredibly kind and always available. We'll be back!

17/11/2025: Very nice place with a great variety of vegan dishes with self-service.
13/11/2025: Truly beautiful place, excellent food, something for all tastes, not a very large space but quiet and comfortable, good prices too, and the idea of ​​serving dishes by weight is great. I recommend trying the fried zucchini flowers and white lasagna... music for the palate. The buffet idea is also great. The desserts are also delicious.
