This was our last stop before getting ready to head home. All I can say is WOW!! Best gelato was on our last night. Great portions and a little shop with great service. It was the best gelato we have had. The pistachio was the best have ever had.

We had a wonderful time at this ice cream parlor, always impressed by the high-quality ice cream and sorbets; by far the best ice cream we've had in Rome! Friendly and welcoming staff, perfect for escaping the tourist traps that can be found in the surrounding streets.

best gelato in rome. i visited rome two years ago and made sure to come back to caruso's. non plus ultra flavor was indeed the best for me. highly, highly recommended and very authentic experience.

13/06/2025: I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Simon hotel for work. I spent 4 beautiful days, the reception staff absolutely FABULOUS. The waiters in the dining rooms IMPECCABLE. A service and welcome never experienced before, and delicious food. BRAVIIII

18/05/2025: We have eaten at this pizzeria a couple of times and have always loved it. Typical Roman pizza, low and crispy, with various and excellent toppings. There is a large parking lot in front and it is not difficult to find a table. Excellent prices
