Gelateria Harnold's In Parma

Today I was happy and got a tender pistachio waffle from this cute ice cream shop! 🙂 It was delicious!! But I'd recommend using more cream on top in the future, if possible: my brother had more Nutella on his, and I was jealous… 😔😔

Good ice cream but the ice cream maker is a bit scary, almost like an "inquisitor"

I stopped by this ice cream shop for the first time, and if I focus solely on the gelato, the rating is overwhelmingly positive. Why only 3 stars? Because it's unacceptable that the employee can't make a "cone" and then puts it all in an empty cup... She was definitely learning, but whoever was mentioned needed to fix that.
