We arrived just before closing time, but despite the hour, we were greeted with a smile and great professionalism. An unexpected gesture, which we truly appreciated. The gelato was an incredible surprise: creamy, rich in flavor, with ingredients that immediately tasted high-quality. Truly one of the best gelatos we've ever had. Every taste confirmed it! A gelato shop absolutely worth a visit: a delightful discovery that we can't wait to return to. Highly recommended!

The only problem with this ice cream shop is that after eating here, I wouldn't order it anywhere else. I recommend it to friends and colleagues whenever I can, and everyone shares! Truly special.

28/02/2026: In a spacious setting that strikes a perfect balance between elegant and informal, modern and welcoming—so much so that it could easily accommodate workers on a quick lunch break, guests celebrating an occasion, or even a group of friends looking for a place that resonates with the desire to "get together"—well, in such a place, a courteous, attentive, and fast staff operates. The restaurant and pizzeria, as proposed, confirm the versatility of the venue. At lunchtime, the catering side is expressed by a daily menu, listed verbally, while at dinner, guests choose from the à la carte menu. The pizzeria offers a wide range of options. The cuisine has the tone and flavors of home cooking... which, in Emilia-Romagna, can only be a compliment! The eggplant parmigiana in a claypot deserves praise for its exquisiteness, as well as for the thinness of the eggplant slices, resulting in a perfect texture that, combined with the balance of flavors, is completely satisfying! A must-try and... a must-try!

02/02/2026: On Saturday evening, the feast day of San Geminiano, I dined here with a friend. The restaurant has limited seating and well-spaced tables, typical of a Michelin-starred establishment: the atmosphere is pleasant and quiet, despite the city celebrating and the packed restaurant. We opted for the à la carte menu: two appetizers, a first course for me, and a second course for her. Everything was excellent, with the raw seafood among the appetizers being truly exceptional. The chef came over at the end of the meal to say goodbye—super friendly and clearly passionate about his cuisine. The real highlight? The desserts! The gnocco fritto and the artisanal panettone with warm cream melt in your mouth, unforgettable. The only flaw: the staff seems a bit inexperienced. They speak too quietly and come to our table too often (and there are even too many of them in the dining room when it's not necessary). But overall, a top-notch experience, worth returning!
31/01/2026: The experience at this restaurant is intimate and subtle. I definitely recommend it. I tried the "Espressione" tasting: few frills, but a substance of incredible techniques and truly unique pairings! My experience here spanned 10 courses (it was hard to get to the end, but I really wanted to try everything). I could have eaten every dish again, and among the ones that surprised me the most was the dessert (coconut and black garlic)... incredible! A super creative combination that I would never have thought so delicious! For those who truly appreciate the value of Cuisine, this is a must-see, and the chef is a man worth getting to know—decisive, yet open to dialogue. And while it's true that tastes are subjective, a proposal like this is incredibly interesting and anything but predictable!
