Excellent granita, fresh cream, balanced sweetness. I have to make a comment about the service at the counter, but I'll start by saying that it's hard to find motivated, kind, and polite staff these days because "people" work like robots just for money, without passion. I walk in, say good morning, and the counter girl with her black hair tied back doesn't respond, her gaze downcast, serious, and stern. She doesn't understand that if it weren't for us customers, she wouldn't be working there. However, in this place, I must say that I've encountered friendly shop assistants and counter girls who understand that anyone who enters isn't just a number like those who nibble at the gate.

I can't understand how anyone can write a bad review of a place (or rather two) where you can enjoy the best granita coffee with cream and brioche in all of Sicily (and therefore the world).

11/10/2025: I had the unfortunate idea of ​​ordering a prickly pear granita: never again in my life. Inedible, full of seeds; and when I pointed this out to the staff, they replied that fruit is like that, with seeds and pits; they've obviously never heard of sieves and filters. I hope they never make the watermelon one.
