The cocoa used is of the highest quality, non-potassium, coming from some of the best areas in the world such as Peru, Ecuador, Venezuela, Madagascar. The result? An authentic, deep chocolate flavor, but never bitter or artificial. The dried fruit is toasted directly in the laboratory and you can taste it: pistachio, hazelnut and almond give a full and rounded flavour, as rarely happens.
Milk, cream, butter, ricotta and fresh fruit are 0 km, coming from Friuli Venezia Giulia, and you can perceive the freshness and care in every taste. Even the variegations, infusions and crunchy preparations (crumble, sponge cake, caramelized almonds) are all handcrafted: painstaking work that deserves to be valorised.
The philosophy of the place is admirable: no use of industrial semi-finished products, but only real ingredients and internal processes. In a world where "artisanal" is often just a marketing word, Glida really is, with consistency and transparency.
In summary: amazing ice cream, excellent ingredients, ethical and local processing. A true excellence made in Italy. Absolutely recommended!

In Gorizia the ice creams are good almost everywhere but if you want to eat something refined and which is not found everywhere you are guaranteed to find it here!
If you are not looking for smurfs and various toppings capable of hiding the quality of the product, here the simplicity speaks for the quality of the product.
The environment is clean, the staff is trained or in training (always), kind and attentive and the prices are the same as any other ice cream shop.
The only downside in my opinion is that if you get used to this type of ice cream, it will be difficult to find peace when you want to eat something of equal quality.
