07/03/2025: Simple place, but with the good character of a real brewery. The interior is quite small and very warm. It is located in the central area of ​​Rome and very busy in the evening. Grabbed a Raffo and a Guinness, the service was quick and kind. Paid a total of €13
07/03/2025: This was recommended by a friend living in Rome, and it didn't disappoint. A really great atmosphere with attentive staff. We happened to be there on a night when Roma were playing and the locals were there watching the game. Their passion for their team only added to the atmosphere. The food was also very good with decent size portions. Highly recommended if in Rome.

Fermento Bar Tavola Calda

25/02/2025: Today we stopped here to eat, what can I say??? Everyone was kind, impeccable service and excellent food.... Then again, not everyone does it, they served the little girl straight away, without making her wait..... See you next time
24/02/2025: A very cozy place to eat. Loved the interior. If you like truffles, their burger is gorgeous. Also, high-quality meat is baked at the stage you want. Will try the steaks as well. I am convinced they will do a good job with the meat. The baked potatoes were the best, accompanied by mayonnaise and BBQ sauce (in little stone jars, which somebody from Belgium highly appreciates. We are used to fresh and quality mayonnaise, not the plastic bags in a restaurant). I ordered a cappuccino (yes, in the evening, it is my favorite coffee). And the taste was perfect. Excellent choice of coffee beans as well. Looking forward to my next meal and cappuccino at Fermento.
