Good good good! Wide variety of ice cream flavours, cones with and without gluten, baby cone 1 flavor for €1.50, generous portions... You will find all this in this slightly hidden ice cream shop in Ostia. Ice cream is not obvious and like pizza not everyone knows how to make it but here it is really good and you will be spoiled for choice. Honest prices and large portions. You will also find some chairs outside and in the small square some benches where you can sit and enjoy ice cream. Fixed stop when we take a tour of Ostia. Advise.

I have been to many ice cream shops, but never one like this and I can define it as THE PERFECT ICE CREAM SHOP! Their products are vegan-based, therefore lactose-free and sugar-free (they use natural sweeteners such as stevia) which is a good thing because even those who are lactose intolerant (myself included) or follow a vegan diet or those who simply want to enjoy an ice cream without too many calories, but without giving up the taste! Plus, they also offer gluten-free cones while the flavors already are gluten-free. The prices are a bit so, but absolutely affordable and worth the money you pay for it! Nowadays if I want an ice cream and I'm in Ostia or nearby, I almost don't want to go anywhere other than here! Super recommended!

I think it's the only ice cream shop in Rome that doesn't mean banana and strawberry by "vegan ice cream". They have lots of vegan flavors such as kiss, peanuts and chocolate, stracciatella etc. It goes without saying that the cream is also vegetable and it's crazy. Best ice cream shop in the world stop

Tasty treat with a good amount of vegan options. Friendly staff that were patient with my little knowledge of the Italian language. Very clean facility I did not check for toilet or WiFi. Good luck trying to find a parking place around here.

For me, Gelosia has the best ice cream I've ever tasted and, as such, it's the place I go when I'm craving ice cream or if I want to offer a great dessert to the people I entertain at home. But it's not just that Jealousy has my favorite flavour, they have a huge offering of over 40 flavours, including gluten-free, vegan and lactose-free options... and they're all incredibly good!... I really don't know how they do it! They are located right in front of the Ostia Lido beach, near the Pontile, Ostia's landmark. I have often tried ice cream from other places, but until now nothing has come close to the creamy and tasty ice cream I tried at Gelosia... but this is just my opinion, try it for yourself!!!

I discovered this place a year ago and I can finally eat lactose-free ice creams and creams since they are vegan without always having to settle for fruit ice creams (the only ones that are usually not dairy-based). Excellent tastes. Even though it's a little out of the way, I often go there specifically to eat ice cream. I hope to return soon
