I happened to travel around Italy from North to South, I tasted ice creams of all kinds even in famous pastry shops and ice cream parlors in Milan, Turin, Rome, Bologna, Florence, Syracuse, Noto, I tasted the delicacies of the ice cream makers of Val Zoldana.. but I have never eaten SUCH AN EXCEPTIONAL ICE CREAM like yours!!! COMPLIMENTS! For me it is the best ice cream ever! I particularly love the "lemon" flavor which has the right balance of sour/sweet, it has the authenticity of homemade lemonade: EXCITING!
