I really like this ice cream and the service is excellent.

Excellent!!! Among the other fruit and cream flavors, I recommend the baked peach one, which is excellent and, as far as I know, you won't find it at any other ice cream shop. The pistachio, which I also helped develop, acting as a guinea pig, is beyond words, but so flavorful. That pistachio won second place in a national competition. I greet and hug Alessandro and his lab staff. I greet Fiorenza, the tireless "director" and almost a classmate, along with Katiuscia, who, yes, is my daughter's classmate. I insist on recommending and praising the courtesy and high level of usefulness of the ice creams. P.S. The last one is missing because I noticed, and didn't appreciate it at all, that one of the sales assistants doesn't wear her long hair properly, and I noticed it when the owners were not present.
