Excellent gelato. Of the gelato shops I've tried in Reggio and the surrounding province, in my opinion, it's by far the best in terms of product quality. Some flavors are also suitable for those with lactose intolerance.

Excellent gelato, actually, excellent! Several vegan flavors, including bacio and strawberry, and amazing whipped cream!!! The 'bread, butter, and jam' flavor was very interesting!! The waffle was also particularly good, better than others I've had elsewhere. The guy at the counter is very kind and helpful. Gelato shop under the arcades of a square with parking, and a few seats outside under the arcade. Oh! Besides the quality, I also appreciated the quantity!! Half an hour after I finished my gelato, I wanted second helpings... good good good!!!!! 😍🔝

14/03/2026: A good pastry shop, famous for its unique fruit-shaped pastries. They're genuinely tasty, but I think €8 each is a bit pricey. The pastries are good but average, the erbazzone is very good, and the service and staff are adequate. Recommended, but it's become a bit too commercial.
12/03/2026: On March 8th, caught up in the frenzy of TikTok reviews—so I'll leave you to guess—a friend of mine and I decided to travel quite a few miles to try the much-vaunted realistic fruit. We tried the downtown location. We paid €32 for four fruits: one broad bean, one hazelnut, one lemon, and one mango, which, considering the work that goes into it and the raw ingredients, is quite reasonable. The mango was really good, congratulations, the broad bean was nothing special, nor were the hazelnuts and lemons, but we probably made a mistake by going there in the afternoon... My 3 stars go to the guy who, after spending €32 and an hour's drive there and back, didn't have the heart to give me the large bag to carry the sweets because the small ones were sold out. It's not his fault I had to go all this way, but our choice. The inconvenience with the bags could have happened, but if it had been handled with courtesy and friendliness, I wouldn't have batted an eyelid, just as I didn't with the opposite treatment. Evidently, he had forgotten to restock the friendliness and friendliness along with the small bags.

20/03/2026: I've been to Bar Pasticceria Incerti and I have to say that the quality of the products is good, but the prices seem a bit high compared to the competition. I understand that a high-end café should have corresponding prices, but there were a few details that didn't convince me. In particular, the water glasses were in really bad condition; they looked old and used. I expected more from a place that advertises itself as high-end. I think having new, high-quality glasses, cups, and saucers is an important detail to justify the high prices. I hope the café considers updating its equipment and offering a service more in line with its prices.
01/02/2026: The best pastry shop in Reggio Emilia! From sweet to savory, their counter is always a marvel, both to look at and to eat—always fresh and made with quality ingredients. Their pastries, cream puffs, mini portions, everything, is delicious. Given the season, I also tried their hot chocolate made to order, complete with whipped cream and accompanied by biscuits: everything was truly delicious! It's always a pleasure to return, but it's a shame you're not in Modena too!
