Exceptional ice cream. Personally, pistachio and vanilla are my favorites. The cone biscuit very very good. For our wedding the wedding cake was prepared by the Dolce Sin ice cream shop and it was a success.

Great ice cream! The best I have ever tasted. You can feel that high quality ingredients are used here. We had cakes made for our daughter's wedding and it was a success. Furthermore, the quality compared to the price is exceptional. The owners are extremely kind and friendly. Seeing is believing!!

Non c'è molto da dire, tutti i gusti sono BUONISSIMI! ed io non sono facile da accontentare sui gelati...personale gentile prezzi ottimi, per 4 euro vi danno una coppetta enorme! Da non perdere!!

13/08/2024: The refuge is in a very suggestive mountain hamlet of ancient huts, we stayed here with our three children one night before leaving for the Monviso tour, the rooms are very beautiful and with every comfort, the managers are extremely kind and friendly ( they even lent us the walking sticks that we had forgotten) and above all.. the food was excellent!! The homemade ravioli from Val Varaita are absolutely worth trying, but every dish is truly delicious!
