The Gelateria del Biondo in Brescia is a little jewel for lovers of artisanal ice cream. The first thing that strikes you is the family atmosphere: a place without frills, but with a genuine soul. Ice cream? An experience. Creamy at the right point, with flavors that oscillate between the impeccable classics and some more daring proposals. Personally, pistachio won me over: intense and natural, without that artificial aftertaste that ruins everything.
Another plus point? Generous portions and honest prices, which is not always guaranteed in Brescia. If you are nearby, it is worth the detour, perhaps for a cone while walking towards the Castle.

The ice cream is excellent but the rudeness of the staff honestly gives you the chill of freezer coldness. No problem, I won't go there again. I'm sorry but being a sales assistant requires empathy. And these ones don't have them... Thanks anyway....

The ice cream is certainly good, but the price, in relation to the quantity of ice cream actually given, is really too expensive. Since the sales assistant had to take care of both the cash register and filling the cups, the service was very slow at the checkout and very hasty in the next phase.

De los mejores helados que he probado! El de chocolate es exquisito, cremoso pero ligero, de dulzura moderada lo que permite percibir todo el poder del cacao y como lo pedí en barquillo con una la segunda bolita sabor a pétalos de rosa, simplemente fue el equilibrio perfecto. Las rosas aportan un sutil toque de frescura y dulzor, ambos colores juntos son preciosos, el rosa pálido es es bellísimo y ckntrasta con la oscuridad del chocolate. Cualquiera puede enamorarse en primavera, pero si prueba pétalos de rosa del Biondo en el tórrido verano de Brescia, con seguridad el amor lo alcanzará! 💘
