10/08/2024: The new management has recovered the initial confusion, but has not been able to maintain the quality of the cooking, made of traditional local flavors enriched by the flavors of wild herbs, mastery of the previous cooks Paola and sister-in-law.
The famous frantoiana is different, less dense and tasty, the cod of a strange pink color has no flavor and the cod, cooked in various ways, was the main dish! The fried fish is not crunchy and just not good. The rabbit and chicken are fine, but some side dishes are also not good, such as sautéed herbs, mushy and too wet, certainly not sautéed. In the previous management the side dishes were carefully prepared, fresh and delicious (sweet and sour vegetables, various flans, stuffed vegetables, fennel au gratin...)
Furthermore, the lady who coordinates, in addition to working hard, with her constant shouting towards the kitchen and the waiters produces a sense of anxiety in the customers who don't know whether they will eat or not!

Given the commitment that the new managers are putting into improving management, I hope to recover the kitchen's mistakes, perhaps with the help of the previous chefs, who were truly very good at calibrating the good flavors of tradition and what the fields offer.
