Sono ritornata in questa piccola gelateria dopo un anno e devo confermare che la qualità è sempre eccellente. I gelati sono fatti con prodotti di altissima qualità e tipicamente siciliani. Ho potuto inoltre acquistare prodotti tipici della Sicilia , colombe pasquali, biscotti di diverse qualità, cioccolato di Modica e pesto di pistacchi tutti prodotti artigianalmente dai maestri pasticceri siciliani. Se si è a Roma un gelato in questa gelateria non può assolutamente mandare. Straconsigliato a tutti!!!

It was empty after 9pm and the gelato was as delicious as the reputation. The staff Rosi was also very nice.

This ice cream is amazing! Highly recommended, we got there by accident and later went back there several times. The owner of the ice cream shop is a very nice man.

25/03/2025: Good food but pizzas too expensive
08/03/2025: We happened to find Gaia Bio one of our first nights in Rome and it ended up being the best discovery of our entire trip. Of all the restaurants we went to on our week long trip, Gaia Bio was the only one we had to visit twice. The pizza was not only the best I had in Rome, but the best in the world. When I look back on our trip, Gaia Bio is what I will think of first. I cannot wait to return!

25/02/2025: We had a board in this small restaurant. Really small, not much space and all on standing tables. Perfect for eating on the go but not for a meal with several people. Very good product, a menu in French and a warm welcome. Small downside: no possibility of having a glass of wine by the glass, only by the bottle
