If this place was in the middle of the city it would be the most famous in Trieste. El mejor Variegato alla Nutella que he comido en mi vida. Gigantic Nutella pieces everywhere!!!! The best Gelato I have ever eaten in my life. I would highly recommend Variegato alla Nocciola as well as cookies and cream. Great place, good prices, better quality :-) Last time I went they had something like "Crema di Malaga" which was delicious, but every new flavor I try, "Crema Carsolina" "Ovetto" or "Zabaione" gelato is crazy, even the lemon cake and ricotta with pears and ginger. Really, a 5 star place and super quality and professionalism. For me, the best gelato in town. Salted Caramel, Malaga is back, Crema Carsolina Is AMAZING.

One of the best ice cream shops in Trieste with its own laboratory.
Homemade ice cream with over 100 years of activity, many flavors and very good, you can taste the milk and everything else.
Every so often they have new flavors that I recommend trying.
The ice cream shop is equipped with services, tables both inside and outside, they do not have table service.
Friendly and kind staff, family business.
For locals who know other Arnoldo ice cream shops, each ice cream shop has a different production and the ice cream is very different.
Large portions, price in line with other ice cream shops.

Let's start from the idea that in that area we have another historic institution that has been producing ice cream since the beginning of the century. Arnaldo has decided to become an artist too, and his latest creations prove it. The consistency of the ice cream, the creaminess, the presence of pieces of all kinds which confirm the generous aspect in the formulation of the ice cream have convinced me that there is little left for explosive growth of the brand. I'm already convinced of it.
