01/06/2025: True Neapolitan pizzeria in Florence! Excellent pizzas and other Neapolitan specialties! Friendly waiters and amazing pizza chef, who fixes all the orders himself. The only flaw was that we couldn't try the graffa because they didn't have any more dough ready. But one more reason to come back 😊

01/06/2025: The staff was friendly and it seemed like a restaurant frequented by many local Italians. When I went, I was seated right away without waiting, but after about 5 minutes, there was a wait for the seats to be filled. The pizza dough was really chewy and delicious. Everyone said one pizza per person, but I could only eat half and took the rest home to eat for breakfast the next day. The pizza was delicious even when it was cold... I don't think I'll ever forget it.
