Gelatarium In Firenze

Charming place, my partner and I spent a few days in Florence and every morning we had our obligatory stop to have the delicious ristretto in this wonderful place, its super friendly staff and its 10 products. I recommend it 100%

I can only add a review with many compliments, first of all for the staff, who are very kind and helpful, and then for the care taken in furnishing the location, which creates an elegant but at the same time welcoming atmosphere. With my family we took advantage of a stop while visiting the city feeling pampered by the kindness of the staff. We had breakfast with a super creamy cappuccino, we returned for lunch, a killer salad. Well done, I find their formula brilliant!

A perfect place to take a break from our trip, the coffee and desserts were delicious.

Gelaterium has a very good coffee and gelato. Great experience with self serving with the ice cream. Very good flavours. The staff is very nice and kind.

The Willy Wonka of ice cream. A few minutes walk from the Duomo is this brilliant gelato factory. Proper freshly made gelato with a choice of flavours including those made with seasonal fruits, that you serve yourself. The decor inside is brightly coloured and whimsical. The host is so friendly and helpful, explaining the process. You choose and serve yourself your ice cream of choice in cups or cones. Then you can add your own toppings and sit and enjoy it inside. The price is based on weight. Children and big kids (like us) will love it! You can also stop for a coffee on the other side of the shop. They also do tins of traditional sweets in beautifully decorated tins that are ideal as gifts. Well worth a visit. We intend to go every day we are here!

The staff is incredibly kind, they let us taste the candy pastilles as we didn't know what they were like and ended up buying a few boxes as presents. The self serve ice cream (Soft serve type) is excellent, had a gigantic (I mean it) portion of mandarin flavour for 5 euro. The 15 euro can of gelatin fruit candy is somewhat expensive but the candy is very tasty and the can itself is beautiful - it will become my new box for sewing items 😍

After seeing the reviews, and being on our way, we went in to enjoy an ice cream: the place is spacious, the welcome is warm and above all helpful in explaining the concept of this ice cream parlor to us. The customer helps himself and composes his ice cream to his liking in flavors and amenities, then you pay by weight. The choice of flavors is limited but normal for homemade. We were not disappointed, it was really very good to the point of having to serve it a second time. There is a bar on the ground floor. A pleasant time and not excessive in terms of prices.

Questa gelateria è davanti a palazzo Medici Riccardi. Il locale è arredato su due livelli, in modo piacevole e pulito. Dopo i caffè abbiamo gustato una buona granita e una buona macedonia, oltre all’ottimo gelato “fai da te”. Il personale è stato cordiale e rapido: un’esperienza piacevolissima, da ripetere. Consigliatissimo.

Inizialmente abbiamo provato il servizio di gelato self-service , il prodotto ci è risultato molto buono e fresco, inoltre l’iniziativa è innovativa. Successivamente abbiamo consumato lo snack nei tavoli nella sala interna e l’atmosfera è molto piacevole e il personale davvero gentile, difatti la ragazza alla caffetteria ci ha invogliato a proseguire il consumo con una bendava fresca e i cannoli prodotti da loro (inutile dire che la ragazza è stata bravissima e il cibo era ottimo!), ci ritornerò.
