For the work I do I visit a lot of ice cream shops, so I eat a lot of them. As far as I'm concerned, Gelatario is on another level, I had a cone with pistachio, cheesecake and cream and believe me, I felt in heaven!!!

23/05/2025: If you want to start your day with good vibes, this is the place.. Food is great, service is very satisfactory! The owners are very friendly and so as the staff! Always spend some time here if I have the chance. Definitely a go-to place especially in the Prati area in Rome.
22/05/2025: It's a great way to start the day near the Vatican with a cup of coffee and a croissant. Nearby is a neo-Gothic church

Osteria Padi

03/06/2025: This restaurant was closed on our first evening in Rome, so we called in on our second evening without making a reservation. Fortunately there was a table free inside. The food was good but not exceptional. Staff were friendly. One nice, quirky touch, was that they provided Shona with a 'bib' as she was having pasta amatriciana 🙂
26/05/2025: Highly recommended, the staff was very friendly and responded perfectly to our requests.
