Excellent food, a dessert trolley (literally) and a unique atmosphere. Truly an incredible restaurant.

Siamo stati avvolti subito in questo ambiente caloroso con estrema cordialità e ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio. Il cibo era DIVINO: ho amato profondamente la tartare di manzo, ma soprattutto gli gnocchini dell’antipasto (ne avremmo potuti mangiare una carriola!). Il mio compagno si è innamorato dei cappelletti (che, per un modenese che tesse costanti lodi al tortellino, è veramente un alto complimento). Il carrello dei dolci ci è rimasto nel cuore; anche se pienissimi, abbiamo dovuto ordinarli per assaggiarli e giuro che avremmo voluto prendere uno di tutto. Torneremo sicuramente per mangiare quello che non siamo riusciti a provare la prima volta!

Easy to reach restaurant, with quite spacious parking. The interior decor is very beautiful and, as you can also guess from the name of the restaurant itself, is characterized by figurines, paintings, and general decorations of black cats. Varied food with more vegetarian options and also with low concentrations of lactose (I didn't notice any vegan dishes). In any case, the dishes were very tasty, well seasoned and I also appreciated the plating. We didn't order desserts as we were there for a birthday and the cake was taken from an external pastry shop, my boyfriend only tasted the trifle, calling it very good. The only thing I can say is that I suggest greater control in appearance, specifically with regards to the napkins, on which we found some stains.

Lunch with good mortadella cappellacci, preceded by a fried stuffed gnocchi a little greasy but discreet in flavour..... tagliatelle with mushrooms not on the menu a little dull in flavor but excellent homemade pasta......the service a little slow but since it's Sunday lunch, patience, we weren't in a hurry 😁...... location with nice outdoor expanse....,..correct average price...

The GattoNero was recommend to us by our airBnB host and we visited the restaurant twice. The restaurant is a hidden germ. What we found- excellent service, delish meal, orga_s_mic good deserts... and I got cappuccino at 10pm.. yes.. I'm still very alive 😆 Thank you for your hospitality 🥂
