Gatsby Café In Roma

Lovely and cozy cafe. We had coffee and pasties and stayed for lunch because we liked it so much. Several vegan options on the menu and a vegan fruit tart. Soy milk available for coffee drinks as well.

It's a bit pricey but overall nice

A very nice café and cocktail bar that was born from an ancient hat shop in Rome. You can enjoy good coffee and excellent aperitifs with jazz music in the background. The pinsa with mortadella and stracciatella is very good

Wonderful setting, phenomenal food and impeccable service at all hours

The premise is my love for Piazza Vittorio, which becomes more and more beautiful over the years. The beginning of the evolution bears the signature of the boys who transformed a hat shop into a meeting point and attraction. Breakfast, brunch, aperitifs, lunches and dinners, outside, under the porticoes or inside: Gatsby is always the right answer. It can happen, very often, that it becomes tango, or string concerts. And this is the reason why I have very few photos: you forget your cell phone, you relax and take back the real rhythms.

Inacreditavel o que aconteceu. Esse restaurante ficava embaixo do hotel, chegamos cansados e tinha um trio tocando...muito convidativo. Desci com meu marido, estava frio e quariam nos colocar numa mesa longe da cobertura e dos aquecedores, sendo que havia mesas vagas dentro. O atendente, muito prestativo (e cumpria ordens) disse que podiamos sentar. Quando entao, chega nossa comida..começamos a comer...estavamos tomando vinho...viram pra gente e falam que precisavamos trocar de mesa porque chegaram 4 pessoas e eles precisavam acomodar...eu nunca vi isso acontecer no Brasil...foi inaceitavel, ridiculo, ficamos tao sem reação que trocamos de mesa. A comida é boa, a musica tambem...mas o atendimento...nao falo desse menino que cumpria ordens, nao...era uma moça que comandava la. Sem educação no minimo ou preconceituosa, nao sei. Deu uma quebrada na noite isso acontecer. Inaceitavel
