The shop is small and has an old-fashioned decor. This worked out well. Rather unusually, the restroom is located on a mezzanine level in the back courtyard on the second floor. The coffee was good, and so was the service.

My family and I came here at least once a day. If it wasn’t for a breakfast pastry or cappuccino, it was for lunch or dinner. The staff was always so kind and welcoming and offered amazing service every time. Highly recommend trying the Hugo spritz if you are looking for alcoholic drink (not pictured) and their fresh squeezed juices for nonalcoholic.

02/09/2025: Alessandro saved my dreadful evening at La Vela Latina. His ice creams are generous and delicious. The mandarin orange was excellent. I enjoyed it and plan to return.
