Gatsby Café In Roma

It all started out well... until it all went south. We ordered two aperitivo options with drinks and a portion of nachos. The nachos were good, the guacamole topped with what we think was sour cream to dilute the avocado, or perhaps a stylistic choice, I don't know. The pinsa was good. DO NOT GET THE CICCHETTI APERITIF; the cheese had strong Roman overtones—Roman, that is, rubbish—a toasted slice of toast topped with pumpkin cream, and something with an ambiguous consistency: a tiny arancini filled with just rice, a pea, and maybe half an olive, and a piece of polenta that was good. The drinks seemed non-alcoholic and watered down. We asked for a refill, which was kindly granted, but I still have doubts about whether or not that drink contained alcohol.

Excellent bar, from breakfast to lunch to drinks. The waiters are helpful and very kind, especially Fabio.

A great place to work from remotly. I was here morning till evening, and the atmosphere is quite and comfortable

Great place to hear live jazz in central Rome, near Termini Station. It's a small place (very small!), but I think the atmosphere is really pleasant. Excellent cocktails!
