Beautiful discovery a stone's throw from the pedestrian center of Seregno. I went to Pioppotremulo for an aperitif and I was positively impressed. The cuisine is predominantly vegetarian and anti-waste and the raw materials are produced directly by the owners. The dishes were really excellent. The platter with the various tastings was full of interesting flavors and combinations. Even the bread (of 3 different flavors) was homemade and was really delicious. I particularly loved the strawberry one! The atmosphere of the courtyard is intimate and quiet. The owners are very nice and you can tell they love what they do. The prices are honest. Compliments!
